These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pioneeraihealth.com and any other website that links to these Terms (together, the "Site"), operated by Pioneer AI Health ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Pioneer AI Health is a Georgia-based, veteran-led company headquartered at 1050 Crown Pointe Parkway, Suite 539, Atlanta, GA 30338. "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pioneer AI Health and, where the context requires, our affiliated company Pioneer AI Vitals — pioneeraivitals.com.

Some affiliates operate their own products or services under their own terms of service or client agreements — for example, Pioneer AI Vitals' remote patient monitoring program. Where a separate agreement governs a specific product, that agreement controls for that product; these Terms govern the pioneeraihealth.com site itself.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit information through the Site (for example, the Join Our Network form). The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.

Content on this Site — including descriptions of Pioneer AI Vitals, remote patient monitoring, AI-enabled health tools, and related topics — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, and does not create a doctor-patient or other clinical relationship between you and Pioneer AI Health or any affiliate. Using this Site does not enroll you in any clinical program. Always seek the advice of a qualified health care provider with questions about a medical condition, and call 911 or seek emergency care for any medical emergency.

Enrollment in a clinical or remote-monitoring program (such as Pioneer AI Vitals) is governed separately by that program's own enrollment materials, consent forms, and, where applicable, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices — not by these Terms alone.

If you submit the Join Our Network form or otherwise sign up for a newsletter, you agree to receive the communications you selected, and your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit about yourself is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You may change your newsletter choices or stop email at any time from our newsletter preferences page, which sends a one-time link to your address, or by emailing contactus@pioneeraihealth.com; text message opt-outs, if applicable, are handled separately, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or visitors.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site except for standard search-engine indexing.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Pioneer AI Health name and marks, and the design and organization of the Site — are owned by Pioneer AI Health or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for its intended informational purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as needed to share or link to a page in the ordinary course of using the Site.

"Pioneer AI Health" and "Pioneer AI Vitals," along with associated logos, are trademarks of Pioneer AI Health.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services — for example, social media platforms or affiliate product sites — that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Linking to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of it.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer AI Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Pioneer AI Health and its affiliates for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). The Site is provided free of charge, and this limit reflects that. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pioneer AI Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contactus@pioneeraihealth.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. If it is not resolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County or DeKalb County, Georgia, and you and Pioneer AI Health consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, or your access to it, at any time and without notice, including for suspected violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
